When are the retail stores closing?
Starting March 15th both the New York and San Fransisco stores will be closing until further notice.
Are you offering reduced hours? When are you open again?
Right now, we are not offering reduced hours and we do not have an immediate timeline on when the retail stores will open again. We'll send out emails as soon as we have more details.
I placed an order in store that was going to be shipped to my house. Is this still shipping?
Yes. All orders placed in person are still shipping on time. Check your inbox for tracking details.
I still want to shop, can I still buy online?

I'm nervous about products being shipped. What preventative measures are you taking?
All of our products are shipped from local manufacturers in the United States. Rest assured, we have already put preventative measures in place to ensure all of our products are being handled safely, hygienically, and our staff have been trained on updated safety protocols.
